Dear SIG (Special Interest Groups) and Paper Presenters for MIPCE II,
Below are updates in relation to the parallel paper presentation sessions:
1. PRESENTATION SCHEDULE
The Parallel Sessions / Workshop schedule is already up on the website. You can access it here.
2. LAPTOP
We highly encourage presenters to bring their own laptops to minimise issues of incompatibility, etc.
3. PRESENTATION HANDOUTS / PHOTOCOPIES (if relevant)
For a more eco-friendly conference, photocopies (if any) are the responsibilities of presenters.
4. SESSIONS
a - To ensure that the conference runs on time, please start and finish your presentation promptly. It is advisable to arrive early at the presentation hall to set up your presentation and introduce yourself to the session chairperson.
b - As a presenter, you may also be asked to chair the presentation session you are in. Session Chairperson should briefly introduce presenters, their presentation titles, and ensure the presentation as well as the Q&A do not go over the time limit.
Unless otherwise indicated, each individual session is 30-minute long (20 minutes for the presentation and 10 minutes for the Q&A).
5. DAILY PROGRAM UPDATES
A signboard will be placed by the lobby for daily program updates.
